This is like my fourth time here and every time i’ve had to ask them to remake a simple frappe because they are too liquidity. Then they have attitudes when you ask to remake. This is the worse Starbucks i’ve ever gone to. Train them on how to make frappes.
This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The wait times for drinks are consistently extremely long, and they always seem to be understaffed. On top of that, the drinks often taste watered down or lack flavor. Unfortunately, my experiences here have been disappointing, and the service and quality need significant improvement.
I ordered a large for me and a medium for my girl and when I received my drink my large drink had a lot of space in it it was the same size as the medium and I asked the girl as the window is it suppose to be this low she just said yes mind you I had to wait 30 minutes in line just to get a messed up order I have pictures of the drinks but google isn’t giving me an option to post the pictures
